Weighing Inspection

Egemet Kalibrasyon Ölçüm Ticaret Ltd., which is authorized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology under the scope of inspection regulations for weighing instruments. continues to provide services in this sector with its experienced, competent team and widespread network. The users are responsible for the periodical or stock inspection of all weighing instruments which are in commercial use under the Regulation. Otherwise, administrative and criminal proceedings shall be applied according to the provisions of the law.

For the periodical or stock inspection of the weighing instruments, it is necessary to apply with the "Weighing Instrument Inspection Application Form" to our authorized inspection service from January to the end of February every year on the last day of February. Weighing Instruments should be sent by e-mail to satis@egemet.com.tr after signing and completing the inspection application form or +90 232 472 05 04 numbered fax transmissions are required.

Inspection process; The inspection of the weighing instruments shall be carried out on site in accordance with current legal and regulatory requirements or within the same year at the Egemet Authorized Inspection Service.

Weighing instruments that are available after the inspection are stamped with our authorized inspection service.The users are responsible for protecting the stamps made.For documents that are not suitable for stigmatization in terms of their physical characteristics or precision, "Document Replaced" will be issued, which will be retained by the user of the weighing instrument to be submitted to the next inspection.After the inspection, the user of the device will contact the authorized inspection service again for stigmatization within 15 days after the disqualification has been made to the authorized institutions.

Reporting; Two inspection cards shall be issued for each weighing instrument that is periodically inspected after stocking or after repairing, and for those weighing. One of the examination ards is kept by the user and the other by the examiners.

Price list;Inspection fees for stigmatization are determined by the Ministry of Science and Technology and related regulations.

  • C - Class III. and IV . Non-automatic electronic weighing instruments (up to 2000 kilograms, including 2000 kg)
